They don't give salary who resign from company. So advice to all don't give resign take salary and scape from job. Job not secure & company give only 7 days notice period. If you will resign from company they will say to you to give 1 month notice period and after they don't give salary.

I used to play multiple role in the company and company gave me opportunity to do work in all profiles.

The Company don't have any policies, its changed according to convenience. full of Polities & Management enjoyed it, there is no working culture and focus on employees salary deduction.

Good work environment and cultural teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company police are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new teams

There is nothing to like even Worst company culture,full on politics Baised management..

Management treated his employees as servents and force them for bagging. Company is not safe for girls specially

Company have good projects and have good team for various project good for long term employee
