Good place for freshers. Teammates are supportive. Fair hike and bonus every year

2 years bond for Freshers. Skill development too low. Rotational shifts. Slow career growth. Even weekend shifts we should while we do night shifts

Likes

The company is an employee friendly in nature and we can handle a balance between work and personal life. Also, have to appreciate that they use to come up with extra curricular activities like sports, dance, theatre and so on. Working with RRD we feel like we are in school/ college. They do give importance for work as well as self development. Even they provide cab facilities; addition to these points they provide free food too.

Dislikes

...over here take much much time and at the same time payments are not good enough. The salary we receive can be easily earned by an intern. Does not meet even daily expense.

RRD treat me as loyal during this covid times. There was no salary cuts, nothing. All team call us asking about our situation. Are we safe here like. Rrd give me big support. Rrd is best epitome for other MNCs

Good infrastructure and management Fresher come to learn more and improve the skill. Fresher get opportunities for the working environment structure and behavior.

Cab facility take too much delay and salary package is low. For fresher, salary may be ok but moves to next level to taken more time
