RRD treat me as loyal during this covid times. There was no salary cuts, nothing. All team call us asking about our situation. Are we safe here like. Rrd give me big support. Rrd is best epitome for other MNCs

It's about the company culture. RRD also take care of employees health and mental balance. RRD organise sports, events which help employees maintain their health and and mental balance happily.

Dislikes

...wth. People starts shifting thier jobs within next 2 years only because of this. If RRD start paying their existing employees good pay and good increment every year then RRD will be overall the best place to work.

If you are looking for a career, this is not the place. If you are looking for a job and then come but make sure you don't stay in the company for more than 2 years or else u will be stuck here with less salary and no career growth.

Dislikes

Salary is very less compared to industry standards. No career growth or skill development. People with less skills and who plays cricket or takes photos are promoted and given career development. This place is ok a job, but not to build ur career

Appraisal and salary, new joinee will earn more than you and we can't get hike even you work hard nd core member in your team. Favourisom and politics a lot here

It is a good company to work and the environment is nice and credited a salary on time.

Dislikes

We need to work rotational shifts and not fixed salary, pick up facility only for night shift and drop facility only for second shift. Not growing our salary and very less hike and promotions.
