Promotion , Salary hike as per the role and job done are not provided, this will discourage the work of an employee, if this is sorted this is the nice place to work, And to be open priority should be for all employees and there should not be any favouritism this should be avoided

Appraisal meetings are worse. Even if you perform good. You won't eligible for promotion. People who adjusts with the manager will get promotion. Some managers try to support and help you grow. But most of'em will use you. HR & Admin team are there for name sake.

There is no mid year appraisal/hike in my team (Financial Print - Market Support), and the salary is too low.

Good place for freshers. Teammates are supportive. Fair hike and bonus every year

2 years bond for Freshers. Skill development too low. Rotational shifts. Slow career growth. Even weekend shifts we should while we do night shifts

...ow anything about a corporate life. But my overalls experience is not that good. The main 3 issues are salary, timing and skill development. All those are very poor. But considering the Pandemic this is not a total waste of time or experience.

Low salary for fresher's, Timing and office is working on most Saturdays if there is work and there is not a lot to learn in here.
