RRD is a good place to work. Especially in women employees feel convenient. During COVID period got salary on time without any deductions. WFH allowed for employee needs. Food, Cab facility, WFH all is good.

Dislikes

RED is a good concern, but some of the divisions is not good. Some divisions didn't give promotions more than 10 yrs. Hike is not good.

...ow anything about a corporate life. But my overalls experience is not that good. The main 3 issues are salary, timing and skill development. All those are very poor. But considering the Pandemic this is not a total waste of time or experience.

Low salary for fresher's, Timing and office is working on most Saturdays if there is work and there is not a lot to learn in here.

It's a good atmosphere, there are too many opportunities for everyone. You can improve your skillset, you can move to different team based on your skillset.

I have been working for RRD for last 3 years, I got many best performace award. But my salary remains almost same. Whether you are best performer or not, doesn't matter. You will get average 4% increment on salary. Job security is very poor, around 70-80 members in my team were terminated last year because of less job. They will kick you out at anytime, in that experience doesn't matter.

They don’t consider your problems even it’s valid. Average salary, 5-8% appraisal per year if you are a above average performer. Growth will be very slow. No other benefits like decent bonus..

Flexibility, constant interaction with higher level management and issues of the employees are address at 1st place, insights of an employee are considered and implemented ,Great environments to work with. Employees are 1st

Promotion , Salary hike as per the role and job done are not provided, this will discourage the work of an employee, if this is sorted this is the nice place to work, And to be open priority should be for all employees and there should not be any favouritism this should be avoided
