...3 years. Its an awesome company to work with. Work life balance is really great. You get a decent pay and haven't faced any delay in the payment of salary. They also provide different training sessions for which you can enroll and upgrade and improve yourself in different areas of your interest. I strongly recommend RR Donnelley.. Flexibility, constant interaction with higher level management and issues of the employees are address at 1st place, insights of an employee are considered and implemented ,Great environments to work with. Employees are 1st

Promotion , Salary hike as per the role and job done are not provided, this will discourage the work of an employee, if this is sorted this is the nice place to work, And to be open priority should be for all employees and there should not be any favouritism this should be avoided

You will have job security and they'll credit the salary on time.

Appraisal meetings are worse. Even if you perform good. You won't eligible for promotion. People who adjusts with the manager will get promotion. Some managers try to support and help you grow. But most of'em will use you. HR & Admin team are there for name sake.

If you are looking for a career, this is not the place. If you are looking for a job and then come but make sure you don't stay in the company for more than 2 years or else u will be stuck here with less salary and no career growth.

Salary is very less compared to industry standards. No career growth or skill development. People with less skills and who plays cricket or takes photos are promoted and given career development. This place is ok a job, but not to build ur career
