Company policies are good, and they will give bonus every year. If you are an RRDian, your job is secure and salary will be there on your account on the month end. Transportation, medical and food facility is there. There is a good cafeteria.

Career growth and salary hike is a bit slow.

I like to work with RR Donnelly because good working environment and job security and also have a good team. RRD is closer to employees.

I don't have more complaints about RRD but i have an opinion about salary. But otherwise till i like to work with RRD.

First of all, they provided training for the job and training was good. Decent salary for fresher's. There is no dress code for employees. Work environment is really nice.

Dislikes

They hire fresher's by contract and once your contract period is over they would make us for permanent role or leave us from the job. So, There is no job security for contract employees.

Flexibility, constant interaction with higher level management and issues of the employees are address at 1st place, insights of an employee are considered and implemented ,Great environments to work with. Employees are 1st

Promotion , Salary hike as per the role and job done are not provided, this will discourage the work of an employee, if this is sorted this is the nice place to work, And to be open priority should be for all employees and there should not be any favouritism this should be avoided

You will have job security and they'll credit the salary on time.

Dislikes

Appraisal meetings are worse. Even if you perform good. You won't eligible for promotion. People who adjusts with the manager will get promotion. Some managers try to support and help you grow. But most of'em will use you. HR & Admin team are there for name sake.
