Likes

This company is quite disciplined in terms of fixed working hours which in turn relax the employees from the pressure of staying back late. The management also don't belive in allowing the employees to do work from home or after office hours. They also provide free lunch on every 2nd Saturday.

Dislikes

There is no compensation and benefits to employees. No travelling exposure been given to the required staff who is responsible for execution of jobs. No training is provided to new joiners. The management does not belive in giving free hand to employees. Lot of interference is a regular practice which restricts the employees to work independently. There is a hierarchy system but only top level managers are given then importance irrespective of tremendous hard work done by the lower team which remains unnoticed.

Company deals in export of handicrafts and home furnishings textile items. Company management is divided into two directors with contrasting principal and policies. One has innovative ideas to develop business and maintain work culture. Other has skills of shopkeeper, who has not believe upon any one, so he wants to do so many jobs himself. He works as manager, not as director. He dictate everything to his employees, so his employees do not have responsibility and sincerity. Administration and discipline are Well.

Excess work pressure. Worst working environments.
