Get Multiple projects to work on that is the only learning there but after a certain period it is not good.

No policy regarding employees goodwill- 0% in employee’s favour poorest management No promotion No hierarchy worst project management or allotment- the project manager can allot project even during midnight irrespective of timings - 24*7 work allotment and poor internal timelines with warnings in emails. Team leaders or seniors are not good. Arbitrary hike or increment No policy for leave encashment and carry forward You will be on the same position in which you were hired. Micromanaging and full politics Minus work ethics and poorest professionalism Seniors don’t know how to act and work professionally. HR has no power, no function at all. She is fully dependent on the seniors and the management. Her behaviour is not well. 3 years of mandate bond or contract No perks in terms of laptop (until you requested for the same they won’t give it you), no transport for employees, no food or cafeteria and the like. Overall, I would say if you really need a job or you are forced by your circumstances then this company is good otherwise if you have a choice or looking for a change then try somewhere else.
