Salary not efficient for old employee comper to new employee new always promoted but old employee same position last 3 year but not promotion or not salary incriment

The colleagues and the seniors were too supportive in every scenario of mine. They helped in different topics whenever I need help.

The management was the poorest I have ever seen in my career and the salary benefits and other benefits were none right there. They say that the saturdays are off but they call you anytime

Best thing I love in this company is that you can get learning environment with less work pressure....moreover, you can balance your personal life with professional life.....Working environment is so friendly that no one can feel any kind of hesitation in asking questions related to work or other queries.Wheather you are a new employee or experience one, there is no boundations for being a part of big valuation projects.

As this firm gives you new opportunity in valuation but gives less salary . But at your starting career in valuation anyone should focus more on learning.

The top management of this company is very terrible and highly unsupportive and lacks skillset and basic human understanding. they play the blame game and are devoid of leadership quality. My colleagues are awesome and very supportive in every aspect of work.

They deducted salaries even when me along with my family infected with covid in second wave. I had leave balance with me.

Very toxic environment to work with. Politics by top management and they don’t even know that how to talk.
