I got my articleship transfered in first year itself from another reputed firm to this firm. Although both the firm's were reputed and had their own advantages i choose to prefer this firm because of following available opportunities for me: 1) Got to learn Statutory audit and Internal audit right from the scratch (including client building, attending priliminary meetings with partner and client) 2) Unlike other big firm's who have their set practices and procedures for audit here i was Abel to develop the whole audit plan right from the very base with partners. It really helped me to grow professionally, understanding the crux of any audit assignment. 3) Freedom of creative thinking to approach any given task without worrying about failures as partners were always there to back up.

Dislikes

One should not consider about what things aren't good if they have soo much to offer. Every firm has its pros and Cons but if the pros are in your favour it becomes easier to work
