Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Very much worst about salary apprisal and increment. Work culture is very biased HOD is very horrible not have sence how to treat our employee unhealthy work culture and dirty politics also Overall bad experience.

Salary is good ,they always encourage new technology. but they never pramot if you are excellence also no motivation etc.

poor job security. career growth is very slow HODs those who seated in their position they didn't deserving,except E&TC HOD(Dr P J Deore)
