Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. In R B property is sister concern of churchgate, it is ownership company which is run by mehtani brother's they don't pay salary on time, salary will be hold for at least six month minimum, no work culture they have, you can't learn anything from them, I have suffered one year their. I will not suggest any one to join.
