I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Work like family. Top management support is good. Salary on time. Alternate Saturday off

Dislikes

Old staff are arrogant. plays dirty politics so they work as they wish behalf of HR / Directors. They work like government employees. No job security for new joinee. No trust on employee. Ultimately big change not expected which is necessary for overall development.
