For 19k salary they will expect you to be expertise level. For each and everything you have to sign bond without any benefits for you. If you question management in any way they will say you are showing attitude.

Management is transparent, no politics is here. Money compensation for extra working hours will be given. Foreign opportunities are available in rotational basis. Shift based work. Good guidance will be given but it is based upon the higher officials you are working with. Everyone will be friendly. AC working environment. Subsidiary canteen is available only for snacks.

... giving proper input. Very less time will be given to complete the project work. Salary hike is as like normal manufacturing company (average). It is not in compliance with MNC company. They will force you to work on continuous weekends to complete the project. Overall, It is not in compliance with MNC company procedures & policies. Leave policies are not good. Sufficient leaves will be there, but due to project necessity, you are not allowed to take continuous leaves. Record maintenance system is available but it will not work properly. They are doing test and trial in projects directly. No actions will be taken even if you report any problem to higher management. work place is congested.

...gement appointed a new CEO, and since then, no transparency in the organization. Many senior employees received loyalty bonus, but this information was not disclosed to others. Managment and all the managers doesn't care about employees Health and safety. If employees work extra hours or on weekends, the centralized AC cannot be used. Instead, we have to use fan in the closed building without ventilation. Before using a fan and extension cable we have to get preapproval from admin. Work from Home Benefits are only available to managers. However employees choose to WFH due to any personal reason, they required to submit 1 Lakh rupees cheques. This rule does not apply for managers. Many of us, We start our career as Trainee Engineer and signed 3 years Bond. This is common in some MNC. But recently the management tried to implement 2 years bond for the even senior employees.

Salary increment of above 12% every year till now. When company performace is good we can expect even 18%. 2 way cabs for free. Onsite opportunity.

Nothing from my side. Friendly environment inside the company can be improved further buy some outdoor activities.
