travel cab is provided for all. snacks provided twice a day. when less work, general shift timings. otherwise extended hours of working is expected by management. good company for beginners who are from marine, naval architecture. other stream candidates will have poor future and appraisals.

company has been a sinking ship for the last 4 years. majority of the employees have resigned due to poor management and leadership. management shows no sign of interest to look for any new projects. main reason for employee to resign is due to lack of projects and bond rule for every silly reason. company only does projects received from global branch and does not engage in proactive contracts/projects from other countries. no responsibility to look out for business development opportunities. technical managers lack leadership, people management and team building skills. the reporting candidates have zero opportunity to take away for their career development. hr manager exists for name sake. pension contributions were not made for the employees for the past 2 years. as he is pleasing the management, continues in the company. no support for associates travelling to other countries on behalf of the company. does not quickly respond to calls when travelling, even for emergency. lean facilities and vacancies due to low workflow and lack of projects and attritions. management focuses on cost cutting and not on developing the company. leadership team has no clue and the company is basically a dead ship floating on the open sea. bonds are being made mandatory for new joiners and other work opportunities. bias and favoritism exists in company....Read More

Management is transparent, no politics is here. Money compensation for extra working hours will be given. Foreign opportunities are available in rotational basis. Shift based work. Good guidance will be given but it is based upon the higher officials you are working with. Everyone will be friendly. AC working environment. Subsidiary canteen is available only for snacks.

Work life balance is very poor. They will urge you to give output without giving proper input. Very less time will be given to complete the project work. Salary hike is as like normal manufacturing company (average). It is not in compliance with MNC company. They will force you to work on continuous weekends to complete the project.Overall, It is not in compliance with MNC company procedures & policies. Leave policies are not good. Sufficient leaves will be there, but due to project necessity, you are not allowed to take continuous leaves. Record maintenance system is available but it will not work properly.
