This is first time I was getting appraisal from QX and it is only 5% to 7% though my client is very happy he sent appreciation emails also then also only such low appraisal even the small and mid companies give atleast 17% to 20% appraisal and salary also they are providing is low to average salary 40k per month as per estimated salary

Worst company ever I seen, Toxic work culture, Too much micromanagment, at my time of joining itself initial date of joining was given one and later it was changed, there is very lack of communication between HR and managers. There is no drop facility available if employee leave late night. You need to go by your own expense. Unprofessional work approach with juniors. No cafeteria facility at Mumbai office. No job security at all. Andheri hanuman nagar is very odd location. Request you all do not join this company to spoil your career.

Good in employee benefits like providing WFH allowance and medi claim.

Dislikes

...only promotes people who is moving around them and doing sugar coating things. The salary as per work allocation is too low compared to market standards. Three of my former colleagues leave this company and they all faced Full and Final settlement issues as they are saying that leave is encashable but they don't give the same in FNF.

Toxic culture.They expect employee to work 16 hours a day with sat and sunday without any compensation. They do not respect their clients, do back bitching and use foul language for them. Understaffed teams with most of the useless resources makes this place hell.

Just the salary but money cannot buy happiness and work from home which gets monotonous after few months
