Very limited leave assigned. 4. There is no SOP, you have to make your own SOP & drive your operation at your own risk.. if any issues happened then management will ask you multiple questions & blaming to you only...

Salary on time, growth only once when you enter first time in company. After that there is no value of your caliber.

Increment and appraisal is as per seniors choice and not as per the capability. If you have any grievances, nobody is going to listen you. Carrier growth has no path.
