I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Team mates are very good helping out who needs help, train well fresher's, appraisal is done every 6 months, good work balance was there. Unfortunately Qwentic is no more.

The culture of this company is very good, teammates are very friendly and helping one another. Our company has very excellent work-life balance. This company is very well known for golang which is latest technology and one of the fastest growing technology. Employees can learn whatever they need to learn.And the growth of this company is very fast. Our CEO/CTO is the best one I have ever found.
