Good atmosphere and friendly buddies.

New process not received for past 2years.And lots of practices already cancelled.No proper yearly appraisal given to all employees on time.And HR is always not giving proper response for our queries.Shift extend for daily basis atleast 2 to 3hours.No Job assurance.

Previously it was a great place to work, now it's turned to be a graveyard with fluorescent lighting, poor management, poor leadership and a rich owner, if you are in mental peace and ruin it by your own pls join here.

Qway is best in work place. I loved in part of Qway family. Qway provided more opportunity for his employees and conducted fun activities for every week. In festival times they conduct some competition for each and every teams and they are participated. I won good performance award in this organization. I loved in work in this company.

Work from home for the entire year i worked.

They never recharge the work from dongle on time which we need to inform everytime in our production time, they always have backlogs, if you releive properly also for the settlement amount you need to beg to get your own hard worked money after 60days.
