...any point of time. The sales team doesn't bring any new projects last few years. Good Salary Package will be provided only for the new joiners but no increments for the existing employees. Firing can happen at anypoint of time, hence there is no job security in this company. In Simple, it is not a good option to work with Qvantel Software Solution , Hyderabad

Good opportunity if you work in development field not much in testing This can be used as a stepping stone

No proper documentation for anything Process are not defined / hardliners but decision being taken on the go

Decision making, frequent reorganizations, frequent changes in tech stack, work life balance due to long working hours.

All though I've joined in pandemic there is not a single issue we faced till date. Everything is going well as the management is keeping check on work life and also health care. Able to work in hybrid mode and also from home as we wish.

Likes

Awesome work culture being a Finland based product company. Still small and growing but you get to work with technical experts in niche technologies. If one wishes to, has a lot of learning and growth opportunities in terms of higher roles or lateral roles.

Dislikes

small company so a lot of growth opportunities at the cost of low job security. lots of short term travel opportunities. Not many good customers but a number of small ones.
