There's nothing to like about this company. The HR and Siddharth the CEO is the worst of the kind. You'll work day and night here with very impolite, rude & unprofessional people in this company. They'll blame you for anything bad that happens in a project due to dirty politics.

Dislikes

Worst company with very less pay and no real work life balance. They'll call you over the weekends to work and threaten you to termin if you don't work. Unprofessional behaviour of Managers and CEO. Worst work environment with poor office.

...t a place for those who want to attain office only for the sake of attaining. Never faced late salary issues or salary cuts unnecessarily. Yes leaves system is a bit complicated to safeguard productivity of the company. Appraisals also happen accordingly. Siddharth, the founder of the organization believes in micromanagement and does it with great success.

Dislikes

Definitely the leave policy of sandwich leaves. It does not allow you to take 2-3 weeks leaves together. It needs to be rectified.

The company recognizes and awards talent with great salary compensation and career growth opportunity. Its been long since I have been working with them. The management considers and work towards the welfare of its employees. There is alot to learn and growth in this firm.
