They are good in pretending about work environment, they will torture you mentally everytime a week before salary day.

I worked with Quytech for 10 months in Recruitment team, and wish if I can give review in negative, earlier I was working remotely so I couldn't understand the working environment, February 2025 onwards I started wfo with an increament, where HR Bandana Rawat always failed in sharing an official email about increament and received half salary to entire HR department. They don't have client, MD Siddharth Garg is involved only in ruining ex employees BGV instead of growing business, they can terminate you anytime anyday but they prefer salary day to terminate you so that they can hold your salary. Stay unemployed for a year but don't join this bloody company, they are cheaters, HR Bandana Rawat, she's a sweet poison and she has only one ability in her that is concealing and not being transparent with employees, she get's paid for not picking ex employees calls. All positive reviews are being done by an Intern, who goes to everyone's desk and request to give review. Developers are leaving because they give fake commitment to their client and ask developer to meet the deadline or else they will hold the salary, they threat their employees who are on notice period, if they did any negative review, they will give negative bgv, I mean who cares about their bgv when world can see 100% attrition rate. DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY

1. Office Politics 2. Salary is delayed if you not bring milestone. 3. Target based job. 4. Management is not proper. 5. They use Google sheet to track project reports. 6. They even don't provide laptop and give 2 WFH per month. 7. If you want laptop that you have to submit signed cheque to the company. 8. They target to deliver milestone on time not the quality.

There's nothing to like about this company. The HR and Siddharth the CEO is the worst of the kind. You'll work day and night here with very impolite, rude & unprofessional people in this company. They'll blame you for anything bad that happens in a project due to dirty politics.

Dislikes

Worst company with very less pay and no real work life balance. They'll call you over the weekends to work and threaten you to termin if you don't work. Unprofessional behaviour of Managers and CEO. Worst work environment with poor office.
