I worked with this company in Hyderabad location I wasted my 6 months of time here, simply I can day all this employees fooling CEO of Company they Holding my Salary even with out Notice period they removing the people ,here is no job Security Dont waste your time this is Dabba Company even they will not settle the f&f also...i can say the Managers and HR people is not a Human beings ,CEO level this people Manage the things with plying the Games like removing the people. Dont waste your time guys .

Salary is good but after joining the work, Daily allowance was changed. HR department will change the time of working in between. While hiring they told it is 9 to 5 shift without lunch but after joining it is 9 to 6 shift with the lunch break. None of the HR will mention only the working hours without a lunch break. They gave me 15 days to search for other jobs.

Dr Binita asked me to start Excel but you never mentioned that QUR health Excel should match with my Excel format. YEARLY ONLY 200 PATIENTS is confirmed with disease but our QUR HEALTH wants 1000 patient yearly, from where I will get it. Pls understand and motivate the staffs to work. Blindly don't blame others and remove from job immediately.

Before, in the start product management was not correctly done, but now we have senior experienced product managers who are guiding this properly, and we are also getting to learn. This is very helpful for us engineers, because lot of companies do not do this properly. It is important that developers who are coding, also learn about product management and the business, so we can do this better. I am now having proper collaboration. My seniors also are very supportive in personal and professional growth. I enjoy my work, and I feel I am getting better every day.

Company maintains MNC work culture, 5 days a week job.

Dislikes

Product is very weak, all clients will turn negative after few days of ususage .Even after repeted feedback of customers the management will not improveso they cant sustain in market for too long, management is highly inexperienced and doesnot understand sales and marketing well ,no strategy and direction and everybody is confused with no clues.. Reporting boss has no relevent experience and will show your work as her..
