Flexibility in timing, reach-ability to everyone, compensation is generally as per general service based company standards.

Dislikes

There're no perks other than salary, insurance is deducted from salary itself. No outings/parties funded by company. Leave policy is pretty conservative, they give only 20 total leaves and there's no provision for earned leaves. Job security is average since they've fired people during pandemic as well when their business was not at all impacted due to much of the clients are from healthcare domain. Learning is based on your own effort, company doesn't fund or provide any training as such, but you have to take some things as your goal and then you've to present them in different ways. Work-life balance would be based on what project you're assigned to.

Certain people spoil the culture by taking disadvantage of the leverages. That has somehow hampered the excellent culture to just a good one.

Great work culture with an in-house Design Team. Even other teams are so collaborative. Great learning opportunities, and fun events.

Dislikes

Most of the time, we get projects which we do not want to work on just cuz they are in the queue to finish.

The company culture is just fantastic. I have recently joined the organisation and I am shocked to see how good the overall culture is. Company strength doesn't matter for me. In my opinion, the warm welcome I received and everyone's helpful nature is rarely seen in any organisation. Even the CEO is so down to earth.

The culture and humble nature of everyone in the office. There is such a positive environment and people are focused on quality. It is what we say people oriented and great place to work
