Prons: they will afford decent salary, regular team outings, very good food, juice counter, 9.30 to 5.30 general shift timings Cons: terrible team mates, extreme politics, no growth, just they will say u have to work 9.30 to 5.30 but you have to work 24/7, no work life balance, job security is poor, not much technologies will be used, not updated much, u will learn nothing if you are ready to join in quotient.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

I worked at quotient less than an year.the work environment is good the pay is best in industry and benefits like free two way cab,free food,snacks,medical insurance,etc .but the career growth is a little bit dissatisfactory as it works on coupons.when you leave company the career growth is not as you expected.salary appraisal is less

There's a Significant amount of difference between CTC and in-hand, a big portion of CTC gets eaten up in benefits - that cannot be encashed.
