Very professional organisation but GM/DGM was politically motivated, ex Late GM was womeniser, he didn't liked male employees, the one women DGM now left Quippi was pathetic she was the aide of then GM and HR Head

It's a nice organisation, Chairman and MD are nice people , employee friendly , having core values

In pendemic situation also Company always cares employees health, family with safety. Fun ways for their employees to get together for personal and professional development activities both within and outside normal companies hours. Company policies are fair and transparent. "Good" Management.

To be improvedTeam engagement activities. Under appreciation. Micromanagement.

It is an organisation which gives the right platform to lean and implement. Working environment is very good. People are satisfied with their work and emoluments. Correct recognition at right time is passion of seniors.

Somewhere based on policies and PMS some light differences occurred and later on rectified.
