Compared to other companies last hike was surprise to me that's awesome, but i am not satisfied because I worked lot of saturdays even sundays past one and half year to reduce backlogs but freshers just completed there ramp up they got more than me.

* Food to be provided to all at office without any condition ; * Hap Pay App to be upgraded with Scan & Pay for any immediate uses. *Leave Balances to be En-cashed as pay every year without any minuses. * Any Holiday working must be provided with Double Pay(OT), I had it at Omega Bangalore on 2008 itself why can't here now. Please improve our standard to the maximum possible. Regards Thinakaran K

Please improve your salary scale and appraisal who are working with your company more than 3 years. Please conduct the awards and recognition session all over the process. I'm working in demo team but we are not appreciated by the company. All the time payment, AR and denial team only noticed.
