The only reason I joined Quikr was that it offered a Start Up culture that I was looking for. I thought this would give me the opportunity to learn more about my job and other things.

...space. In just 6 months the usual Desi culture and attitude starting setting in. Quikr made 9hrs working compulsory and if you don't, salary will get cut. This was ridiculous. Amit Jain wrote an email to the entire Jobs team as to why this initiative was very good. He felt the tech team was not being disciplined. I had to leave because they wouldn't approve me of my leave. The complaint was that I was taking too much of leave. What was I supposed to do? My child was 3yrs and my wife is working. I didn't have any parental support. I was sad. It was a great beginning but as Indian companies go by, they became pure Desi.

...ion is key account manager but the company will treat you as a sales executive. Also the salary structure is extremely poor.

Overall I don't suggest to join.. You will waste time and energy

During Covid they sacked 70% employee and did 50% pay cut for remaining employee and once back to normal they didn't revise the salary also

its the best co to work.i am working here from 1.5 year . nd completely timely salary.yea target z there nd a little bit pressure z there but for dat also co pays an exellent incentive structure. if u can handel pressure its a heaven for u it depends how u proves ur talent. for me its a best co

If u bring sales u day is good else scolding from the manager then they will treat you for the salary if you are not achieving the target Bad politics, exp people are removed infrount of my eyes with silly reasons because of hikes
