Nothing it's just a horrible company

Dislikes

It's not a true registered company it's just a drop servicing company where they play as mangers and CEOs but in reality they don't have a management or policies. They will introduce policies on their own and they don't have a proper recruiting methods. They don't respect employee's privacy and they don't even have private cloud or domain. They just use free gmail or outlook accounts for official communication. They take employees properties . There is no PF and no medical amenities or life insurance also please find an proper company.
