So i applied at quickxpert infotech on naukri.com because they displayed there are some openings and they are hiring.i got a mail for an interview so i checked some reviews here which were negative and also it's an training institute. So i dropped the idea of going because there was no job description and even the so called hr wasn't picking up any calls !After 2 days ,I got mail for an interview again.Similarly, i called hr once again he didn't answer it. So from the website i called them and i enquired about the openings and the lady was very rude by saying there is no openings and she cut the call. Firstly, let's suppose it's not them and some random person is using their name. Isn't it their responsibility to personally ask me about who is mailing me? And also the number which i called upon had their institute's display picture! EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE RESPECTED. IF A FRESHER IS LOOKING FOR JOB ONE SHOULD REMEMBER THAT HE/SHE HAS BEEN REALLY WORKING HARD TO DEVELOP SKILLS . THEY NEED JUST SOME GUIDANCE. DOESNT MEAN U TREAT THEM SO !

It is good institute and software development company where they work on lot of projects and train lot of students with good job opportunities. Employees are friendly

No work life balance, Uncertain changes in company rules, Lack of basic hygiene at work place. Strict environment

Dislikes

The owner displays unprofessional behaviour and shouts at employees when they ask for their money. Also, they promise their students 100% placement, but they told me and I quote “ Ye to sirf bolne ki baatien hai”.
