Dislikes

The leads in this company are very terrible. They do not have product knowledge and keep talking rubbish to their associates. They take things personally and start taking revenge for it. They make their associates do unnecessary work that is not aligned with their KRA. They are just taking credit for the hard work of their employee. The team leads are just eating money for doing nothing. They are m*******, Bhen ke l***. Chinra hai. They are making sure that their associates don't get a good hike.

Team Leader, Technical Manager. No learning at all. TL will only talk about process and don't know anything about the product/Soft.. Unnecessary, Irrelevant work. They are eating money of the company.
