I worked as a 'smart intern' in this company. I found it pretty unprofessional. As an intern I expected to be working in a team with more experienced developers, or at least under the guidance of some experienced dev. But instead I was given a task to develop a full blown application, something that you would expect from a proper team of developers. As for guidance, I had none, I had to figure out everything on my own and every week I was supposed to share progress with someone who I assume was not even from tech background. The supervisor was friendly but I could not expect any guidance from him incase I get stuck since he himself was not from tech, moreover his expectations were pretty ungrounded. For 2 weeks I had regular meetings but after that the supervisor just won't show up for the meetings, they said that it was because they were opening an offline branch. After my internship, I had to chase them for like 1-2 weeks before they gave me my internship certificate. So yea, sub-par
