Company is good. Salary part also Good
Dislikes
Meddil level management is worst. Top management not looking bottom level employees. Heavy work pressure. No personal life. No refreshments. No consern about employee. They are treated as a labour not like a employee.as per company 5 days working but they forse to work 6 days and some Sundays also. In Quickheal week starts from Sunday second half mails and message Start. Somany things in Quickheal
Asking for off roll job and wrong commitment about in hand salary so many restrictions, and no one available for any problems solution and having so many things and to many interested in personal life. No one giving proper information guidance and HR also not giving any response.There are only giving one team leader which doing so many wrong things ( fraud ), and all authority giving his hand about salary, sales, and many times raised complaint but no action will taken against the TL. They are giving who is not liable to do this work and also doing something wrong and and increase the performance of that person but no one observed and also give so many offs on working days but in that case diduction in salary was not done but same thing if I do the salary was deducted. So many things done wrong and one take action.
Searching for another opportunity.
It was really good. I would Join again if had a chance.
My managers were the nicest people I have ever met. It has been more than 2-3 years but still in touch with them and other colleagues.

Just copying features from core competitors
No training’s
No bonuses yearly
No proper guidance
Work culture & environment is good. Teammates are very supportive but management is not transparent. Company policies are not in fevour of employees. Appraisal process are also not good, totally time waste here.
