Respectful and safe working environment especially as woman. Extremely fair company policies and totally upfront related to salary, increment, promotion and Fnf. Worked in two companies before and also did recruitment for many client, but no company gives Full and Final payment and relieving letter in the same month to exiting employees even where one employee was terminated for submitting false documents. Salary is paid ahead of schedule every month! My increment and promotion happened without asking and was beyond expectation compared to previous jobs. Here team leader and manager cares for whether I am going to get good performance review because their performance review is meassured on team member performance. So also training is held every week.

Dislikes

No scope for work from home because of the type of work. However office is in Godrej complex and the facilities, cafeteria, washroom are good. Also I did not have to come to office on weekend so far unlike previous job.

Likes

Company Culture, Learning and Skill Development are excellent. Promotions and Increments are done timely without asking and beyond expectations. Overall an excellent place to start a career and grow

WFO is compulsory and no WFH is allowed.

Company culture is excellent. Better than other HR companies. Everyone wants team member to succeed. Lot of focus on new skills and new responsibilities for growth. Promotions are before time and directly linked to performance. Got 2 promotions in less than 2 years. Increments are better than expected in HR industry. Very much focused on professional behaviour with clients and employees.

Dislikes

Work from office only. No work from home option. Strict timings but Saturday Sunday off. :)
