...ironment and culture. Managers are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. HR needs to learn responding to employees on queries. Poor analysis skills.

Dislikes

...l. They treat externals as peon and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 months notice period after you resign.

Good work environment. Teammates are very supportive. There is no cafeteria or canteen. Good experience working here. I'm still working with Quest this is how the company is supporting me through lockdown..

Dislikes

Salary is less, career growth is slow as well. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. Management is not transparent enough in solving your issues...
