1. Less Salary - managers take advantage of personal situations when the discussion comes to salary hike or promotion. 2. Canteen food - When employees raise concerns over quality, HRs keep experimenting on new vendors and the cycle repeats. Moreover all the cost is bore by employees. 3. Transportation - Not so good 4. Rigid punch in and lunch out 5. Shift Cycle - after reaching a certain stage in family life employees really cannot work in second/night shifts which mangaers make mandatory for employees sighting sharing of system and swapping policy

On time salary, Opportunity to learn different mechanical software, Deputated to client location,

work life balance is less, Long hours of work while working in client location, Job security is less during recession time

Individual growth is completely based on what project you support. When you join with good pay, you get good hike. Freshers starting pay is 3.5 to 4Lp.a. Still depends upon individual performance. Every year based on ranking system, who gets the least ranking will be given notice period and people have to resign.

Leadership is very strong and always towards company margin and growth. Company is growing exponentially.

Dear seekers, Quest global is not job security. I am layoff just 8 months.. There are more politics..dont waste your time to attend interview at quest global. Job timing is not 9.30 hours..its pass through 12 hours. Be safe and dont spoil your carrier. Service based company is spoil my life. My kindly advise. Thank you

The Company has very good learning exposure like internal and online trainings . Good On-site opportunities. Possible to develop the skill required.

. One of the cultural pillars is transparency but you can see the least. Quantity of leaders are more . Quality of leadership skills are less. In my tenure , I saw all the good managers* as per my view has left the company. (*good managers - Customer focused and employee growth oriented, listens to opinions and justifies his decision) Company reduce your salary/ benefits- not only in my case .. Also in my tenure I saw it increasing its focus on Cost than employees every year. I’m sorry, it’s my opinion.
