Low responsiveness from managers, reimbursement is a headache, and variable pay is a curse. It is always less than 90%.

I don't like to work. Quest is not a company....just manpower supply firm to customer.

Dislikes

1. Variable pay system and no benefits as money only showing in paper....company can decide the variable pay based on billing from client. 2. Managers are not trained for discipline and just for pushing the team with our knowing the job. 3. Notice period 90days...aim to target the employer carrier and loosing the opportunity and targeting and sending the employees with out benefits. 4. Quest just following the customer requirements and doesn't think about the employees feelings and carrier and self growth.

There are a few higher management or manegeral level people who are in the company for more than 10yrs, their behaviour is understood by all that it is bullying, unethical and very obvious harrasment yet to get the work done they are retained in the organisation and they continue to harass, HR or management support them and ask the victim to be quiet 🤐.

1. No Competitive Salary and also shift allowance will be added to your CTC. No onsite opportunity and no learning certification. No Work Life balance 2. No way for Carrier Growth in organization (Promotion). Working on the same project and same tool as long as you are good. No Cross skill development. 3. Less technical approach and no other companies used the tool as well work task. 4. Lot of difference between your salary and the new joiner. No gain for experienced candidates. 5. For fresher its good company to learn. For experience person have to check with competitor company salary. 6.Policy has lot of cons check before join. All policy has with their conditional apply.
