Work culture is good, as per safety precautions they have provided wfh that's it.

Dislikes

...the cpd policy they have giving 3k per month to serving quite enough these days. I am working there since last 2 years my salary is still 10k per month and there shift cycle is horible. And in this tough time company left our hand.

We can not Expect job security, The company literally uses our skills when they are in need and once everything accomplished, They not even retain you in the team for a week and they will say If there is no billing for minimal 35hrs a week it is horrible to run the business, I would like to share my own experiance, During beginning of the pandemic they benched me which is acceptable and then in may they on-boarded me to the same project because of high workload, Then once the peak load is over again they benched me, I was so dejected because of their selfish manner they used me in their need and thrown me once they accomplished their need

Working atmosphere, Just we should work as a robot. And u can not Expect good salary revision it will be in the range of ₹1000-₹2500.

Creating a platform for engineers to work in different verticals and provide a good experience.

Low responsiveness from managers, reimbursement is a headache, and variable pay is a curse. It is always less than 90%.

Seriously no corporate culture is followed here. So many false commitments and there are many hidden deductions in the salary part which they will never say in prior. No promotion or hike. They will never allow you to grow here. Worst organisation I've ever seen in my entire career.

I worked for around 2.5 years in this company. Here most of the managers you will get will micromanage you and will push you so that they can take out as much work as possible from you without being empathetic towards you. Even if client is cool with your work management here will keep bothering and will keep pushing you to take more work as they usually have limited budget. Better avoid this company altogether, join only if you are not getting any other offers. Also once you put papers and plan to leave,managers here will make your life hell and will try their best to stop your career. So beware before joining here and do your research well.

There is nothing to be liked here. So many deductions from your gross salary. Only pro is you will be getting salary on time.
