No job guarantee Dont honor 3 months notice, will force workers on bench to move out in less than month and dont pay 3 month full salary also Growth is very slow and low recognition Very very less salaries and less competitiveness

I don't like to work. Quest is not a company....just manpower supply firm to customer.

1. Variable pay system and no benefits as money only showing in paper....company can decide the variable pay based on billing from client. 2. Managers are not trained for discipline and just for pushing the team with our knowing the job. 3. Notice period 90days...aim to target the employer carrier and loosing the opportunity and targeting and sending the employees with out benefits. 4. Quest just following the customer requirements and doesn't think about the employees feelings and carrier and self growth.

...u are favourate to your manager then you will have success in professional life. Otherwise less salary hike. They will not Consider your work. Salary hike is based on Managers decision. Not based on work. Same appraisal rating same experienced persons salary hike will be different in same project. Managers can change the salary hike amount in tool.

1. No growth 2.Huge salary discripency 3.Very poor work-life balance after working for 9:30 hrs in office , you need to get back home and again keep working. The reporting managers dosent even care and will call you at 10 PM also

In experience letter they clearly mention 3 month notice period or 3 month basic amount to pay and leave but this not reality in notice period time they treat differently and payout option also not accept.
