I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

To be honest they are not supporting iam requesting to withdraw my pf due to some personal problem But they are not responding,they are not caring about what we are requesting

Very bad cooperating service.the staf are not responding for what we are requesting.they are not replaying to our question.we work for the company senciorly.but when it comes to matter of help they even not responding Iam requesting to withdraw my pf since last 5 month but they dont have time to reply itslef. I request your team to be co operate with the employess properly
