Quess company not comfortable for it sector and other sector because salary bad, prmotion very very very very poor, and employee satisfaction zero ,every productivity zero out of zero

Nothing is like about that company because they provide salary every month late. Even if any holiday on your salary day that time they skip that day and don't send salary before that and send after that whole holiday even that take 3 days or 4 days delay. I'm working here from last 2 years but not received any salary increment. Due to salary delay we face many kind of financial problems and many things we gave to face.

There are many things we can consider as in dislikes like salary delay management not supportive. 2 years of working but still not getting salary increment. Due project end they send mail without serving notice period because as per policy they have to intimate before 2months but they didn't consider it and send mail before 1 months. And many things

Overall my experience is good. Work life balance and Job security are the best.Every leader is apparoachable.

But annual compensation will not meet expectations. Every year they give very little bit increment.

Initially it was salary they offered, But they didn’t provide any appraisal even after 1.5 yrs working with them. So everything about Quess is terrible.

No job security. Fake job security promised to hire but no career path later. No incentives. No appraisals HR reps don’t help resolving any query. No employee skill enhancement programs

Good thing is salary is on time, leave policies are good. Job security is average

Management is terrible, one cannot expect any support from higher management. They asks for challenges but never comes with the solution. Whenever you will put any challenge it will end up in scolding. No perks and benefits
