Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

1) There is no SPOC details provided for any issue. Every time we need to call quess IVR and need to explain our issue related to salary, HR etc. as every-time we speak with new person. 2) Sudden changes are done in company without any prior notification

They have good projects.

Dislikes

Their Timesheet filling is a mess. Due to the same I always face delay in salary. There is not much company perks. There is no option to add your parents in their insurance policy.

I am getting a lot of wrinkles by working here. If any issue occurs it gets resolved immediately. I really enjoyed working on the Quess together.

I will say only one thing, the salary is low and there is no increment.

...mant is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
