1. False Commitments 2. Fake Promises about incentives 3. Layoffs at the time of appraisals 4. Upper management is least bothered about ground realities 5. Highly Biased environment 6. No value of talent 8. Middle management asking for money with in the teams and to the client as well 9. Incentives are never given as promised/Committed 10. Do not care about top performers 11. Only promotes them who likes their manager’s ash*** It didn’t let me write the words I wanted, kindly understand the emotions

Overall my experience is good. Work life balance and Job security are the best.Every leader is apparoachable.

But annual compensation will not meet expectations. Every year they give very little bit increment.

Salary credits 7th of every month No job security Once the client releases you should come out of the company and there is no notice period to serve if you got released.but if you want to resign you need to serve 2 months notice period

Salary on time. Exploring new assignments. Wide range of clients, be it corporate giants and start ups, MNCs.

Very slow in appraisals. No timely incentives. Announcements on incentives are there. But no work outs on the same.
