1. False Commitments 2. Fake Promises about incentives 3. Layoffs at the time of appraisals 4. Upper management is least bothered about ground realities 5. Highly Biased environment 6. No value of talent 8. Middle management asking for money with in the teams and to the client as well 9. Incentives are never given as promised/Committed 10. Do not care about top performers 11. Only promotes them who likes their manager’s ash*** It didn’t let me write the words I wanted, kindly understand the emotions

Quess company not comfortable for it sector and other sector because salary bad, prmotion very very very very poor, and employee satisfaction zero ,every productivity zero out of zero

Here Work-Life balance, Salary & Benefits, Promotions / Appraisal, Company Culture... And many other's is very very problematic for Employe who fully dependent in this company.The company have big issue for salary.... And about our salary no justification available From our boss and HR Department.

1) There is no SPOC details provided for any issue. Every time we need to call quess IVR and need to explain our issue related to salary, HR etc. as every-time we speak with new person. 2) Sudden changes are done in company without any prior notification
