Exploitation is at the highest. Local managers like oiling. Salary is not given to who actually works. In a team of 10 only 3-4 people work and the rest sit at home all managing.

Dislikes

Minimal increment 2-5% even though the company is profitable. Terrible culture, Petty Politics, No benefits, you have to pay for Medical Insurance as well. The cafeteria is paid. Do not care about employee growth. Believe in hiring senior people than grooming in-house talent.

Over all job satisfaction was good. Salary was good.

We don't balance our personal life. It's a 24*7 job.Not like a shift. If I start work today 6AM means I will work still the issue solve it tack may be a full day it's continue on next day also.
