...ment is very supportive. They do not provide adequate training to the employees. Last 3 years, there is no salary appraisal in the company.

There exist cheap politics in the management. Night shift is very bad.

Company policy are very good like IJP Internal job posting, before hiring from outside company always think about their employees

Each employee need to provide what they are work on daily base in format of pmt, instead of that management need to think how employees time will save & we find what they worked

Management is worst just few good manager are there .. i have served 2 years of my life for quatrro and received awards for settling down 2 pilot process alone due to some family issue i was searching for job and i got the offer letter from genpact but they promised to increase the salary because appraisal is not good here i stayed then they didnot gave appraisal as promised then i again looked for new job and i got after i left my manager blacklisted me he did politics he has given wrong and bad review to other company and went to HR and told a fake story that i am influencing other employee to leave the company … its the worst experience i ever had one of my manager mr alok and mr ankur they are very supportive but at the end i got blacklisted

I love the company ambitious and work culture. People are very helpful there. Regular basis training and development keeps us motivated.

Dislikes

Company strictly follow company policy for promotion and increment instead of person capability and dedication towards the work.
