Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Quastech is a very Professional Learning Institue and truly delivers excellent training to the Students across various verticals such as Software Testing, Java, Python, Web Development. Its training culture is to train the students with real life examples helping them to grasp the topics and its contents easily.

Currently have not come across any such issues...

Likes

Liberal and friendly environment. Opportunity for learning more and more. Staff is very good and cheerful. All are very much supporting. You will never get bored here.

Dislikes

No medical facility. No maternity leaves. Less leaves (only 1 PL per month , that too after pronation period.)
