In quarks they provide in time salary. Onboarding process was smooth and work life balance is good. Top management is very supportive.

There is no job security and performance review on regular basis. If anyone got best employee award then within same year he can be fire without giving any chance.

I have completed more than a year in quarks and it's been a wonderful time working here as it's my first company I learned a lot from here they trained me well and provide me with the knowledge that an individual deserves to servive in c0-operate world I am thankful to quarks.Quarks provide a nice working environment with work life balance, quarterly team outing, and many more.

As I approach the completion of my second month at quarks. I am please to reflect on my onboarding experience which has been remarkably smooth and efficient. My colleagues have been exceptionally supportive, always willing to answer my questions and guide me through any challenges.
