Work-Life Balance is Good, Less Career Growth & Opportunities. Company Culture is Average with little Politics. No System of appraisal as per Designations and Qualifications. The company doesn't have set policies.

No Job Training, even Orientation is not provided. Work-Life Balance is very good.

The company is not open new ideals, I love there latest use of machinery in there production processes but the worker welfares are not there priority, it terrible working such a team, they don't encourage technical skills personnel as well as there take up does not equate to there brand name hence I would advise anyone that want to build is career and get the experience to get it and embrace a better challenging company that will appreciate you.

The managing of personnel and the working wellbeing is not Paramount to them.
